Help CenterWe know you've heard this before, but it doesn't make it any easier for us to say it: Due to rising inflation, we are instituting our first price hike in over 3 years. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it's necessary given the combined increase in our overall expenses over the past year, along with the markedly increased workload imposed on us by new AWS policies (which we have been eating since they instituted them a year ago).
As of 1/5/23, our new harmonized pricing scheme is as follows:
- $0.080/hr for Linux instances; $700 annually.
- $0.085/hr for Windows instances; $745 annually.
- $0.140/hr for Tomcat instances; $1,226 annually.
If your organization is on a fixed annual budget, and this would cause extreme impact on your finances, we are willing to extend you an AWS private offer on the prior price through the end of your fiscal year. This will be considered and approved on a case-by-case basis, and is not guaranteed; Please open a ticket here in Help Center to request this extension.
